I represent Adult, Young Adult, YA/Adult Crossovers, Graphic Novels, and select Middle Grade fiction in fantasy, science fiction, horror, romance, and historical, including all sub-genres and genre mash-ups.
Across the board, I am looking for diverse casts and OwnVoices narratives. Send me MG/YA books with the representation you wished you had as a kid! I am looking for novels with high concepts, new twists on old tropes, clever voicey protagonists, and lush worlds I can escape into. I am also always on the lookout for adaptations and retellings with fresh POVs.

I’m seeking high-concept, fast-paced stories with immersive worlds, high stakes, and strong emotional cores. I love genre-blending, diverse casts, and morally grey, snarky protagonists.
Fantasy: Lush world building, rule-based "grounded" magic and unique magic systems, academic settings, witches, fantastical creatures, and fresh takes on fairy tales/myths. Dark, cozy, or adventurous—if it transports me, I’m in. Romantasy and fantasy romance are also of interest!
Romance: Primarily LGBTQ+, especially genre blends and trope-heavy stories. I love enemies/rivals to lovers, slow burn, love triangles, and villain/hero dynamics. Subversions that bring inclusivity are a huge plus! I would love a fantasy romance like Legends & Lattes or a fresh spin on a classic like Twelfth Night.
Horror: Psychological, speculative, horror-romance, and gothic. Stories that feel like Carrie, Stranger Things, Hell Followed With Us, Yellowjackets, and Get Out. I love horror that twists reality into something terrifying, especially with social commentary or fresh local legends. Southern and Appalachian settings, queer horror, and horror-romance are favorites!
Sci-Fi: Near-future settings, cli-fi, utopias/dystopias, alternate realities/timelines, and mind-bending “weird” sci-fi. The science should feel real, even in speculative stories. Think Primer, Inception, Everything Everywhere All At Once, Severance, or even Your Name.
I am not open to mysteries or thrillers on their own, but am interested in mystery/thriller subplots within other genres. Send me intricately plotted mysteries like Knives Out and Gone Girl, court procedurals like Phoenix Wright, SFF-mystery like Gideon the Ninth, or horror-mystery blends like Bodies Bodies Bodies. Give me speculative mysteries and thrillers with shocking twists!
Middle Grade: I am open very selectively to upper middle grade novels featuring coming of age themes and fresh, action-packed plots. Magic school tests, treasure hunts, sports, unique clubs/hobbies, heists: if it’s thrilling and high-stakes, I want it.
Graphic Novels: I am open to graphic novel pitches from author-illustrators or teams. I'm looking for fresh perspectives, dynamic art styles, and stories which fit my genre MSWL, as well as select graphic memoirs and webcomics. I am particularly interested in YA and MG "slice of life", romance, and accessible fantasy, sci-fi, and horror. Some of my favorite creators and GNs include ND Stevenson (Nimona, Lumberjanes), Ariel Slamet Ries (Witchy), Yuko Ota & Ananth Hirsh (Johnny Wander, Barbarous), Kate Beaton (Hark! A Vagrant), Alison Bechdel (Fun Home), Bryan Lee O'Malley (Scott Pilgrim, Seconds), Takeshi Obata & Tsugumi Ohba (Death Note, Bakuman), and Inio Asano (Oyasumi PunPun).
